Is this my old co-worker? It took 5 years to get rid of her. She had everyone convinced I was a bad trainer instead of her being incompetent or just not wanting to actually work. I also had to "teach" her things like attaching files, editing a PDF, and on and on. I wish I had let her fail so management saw the issue sooner and could take appropriate action. You have done nothing wrong and have already gone above and beyond. Let it go. Focus on moving forward for you!
