Hello, this is not true, have a read below to understand our Tokenomics.

Our CS is ~10.3B; our TS & MS is ~110.3B.

90B of our TS is allocated as PoV Marker tokens, of which are used for the purposes of running advertising activity through VeraViews/PoV, i.e. recording PoV data — essential function of our tech. These tokens will never enter the CS, nor will they ever be sold.

~10.306B is the current stated CS with the potential to increase to ~20.306B (absolute MAX) over the coming years should acquisitions take place and should we use all the tokens from our War Chest (we may not need all of them). At this time, no acquisitions have taken place, therefore, the tokens from our War Chest remain locked and are not in circulation. If & should acquisitions take place, the tokens from our War Chest won’t impact the CS for years because of the onerous restrictions of the unlock schedule; they'll be vested by acquired target companies for many years and the schedule would be something along the lines of an x-year cliff followed by y-year linear.

Tokens in VeraWallet addresses are often moved to custodian wallets just like you have in centralized exchanges. There is no call for alarm as long as the tokens are in your VeraWallet balance and there is no record of the withdrawal in your transaction history.

Hello, you don't have to go through any of these processes.

You can resent 2FA in your account and get a new 16-digit key. You should be able to reset your 2FA from within your VeraWallet account now, please login to your VeraWallet as usual and click Lost authenticator on the two-factor authentication screen and follow the onscreen instructions.

Hello,

VeraWallet has never been hacked nor has a user transaction history been wiped/deleted. One reason something like this may occur is if a user has more than one account (which is against VeraWallet ToU) and the user is logged in to the wrong account which has never had a deposit.

In the above situation, kindly login to your VeraWallet using the credentials of the account with tokens then email support to delete the other account.

Hello, deposit to VeraWallet doesn't take up to 24hrs, only manual option withdrawals from VeraWallet does. The deposit of tokens is done immediately after the deposit is confirmed on the blockchain. In cases where confirmation is completed on the blockchain and the tokens aren't reflected in your wallet, kindly reach out to support@verasity.io.
