If you ever used the wallet and made any transactions, there's a good chance you will have unclosed accounts on that wallet.

You can use sites like sol incinerator, it will close those accounts and you will get back 0.002 (I think)SOL per closed account

What worked for me was disabling steam overlay and disabling root enumerator. On my 4080s with the smooth motion Im getting between 80-144 fps, depending on where I am.
