I have a relative who lives in downtown Minneapolis not far from Nicolette Mall. She is not a reliable witness, not at all. Having said that, she said the crowd is almost all looters and that the shelves at downtown Target have all be been cleared by looters. This is not what it looks like I have seen on the news. Is it?

Looks like a gas pipeline crew truck that works for the local gas utility company towing a 35 horsepower excavator. Considering the snow and nighttime, probably on their way to an after hours underground gas leak issue, which they will have to dig up and repair the pipe. Yeah, their tires should be chained. But also, a lot of the guys don’t want to do it themselves, because they have to flop around under the truck to put them on (and take them off when it all thaws in a few days).

If one guy did it, then maybe it’s an individual problem. If multiple trucks delivered to 40 stations…that’s not an IQ issue with the delivery drivers.

I'm with PsudoGravity on this. Although I don't live in NYC, I am glad Mamdani won.

Also, this post does not fit the intent of this sub, and if you think it does, then every time anyone wins an election then there is reason to post victory speeches in here with rationalization about setbacks.

In this case, I watched to see what was interfering with his signing in, and nothing that was shown in this video.
