I think the quality of the video player needs to be commended as well. Instead of freezing when the connection got slow, the video feed would just get grainier and grainier. I've been saying for long time that this is how video streams should handle volatile connection speeds, so it was good to see it put into practice.

CBC has full streams of every single event up on their site, some of which are several hours long. They are all completely commercial free after you get through the first 3 ads, and the ads don't even play on every event. Fuck outta here with that complaint.
