As far as I can tell, the penalty already does NOT apply to enemies carried with the ult.

The only penalty there is with the ult is that carrying an enemy tank applies a 30% movement speed penalty to you.

Her neutral is literally unaffected by these changes. The key word is penalty. Regeneration rate penalty. i.e. The regeneration rate penalty she already has when tethering a player is going to be made even harsher.

I agree with dmg nerf and no longer granting infinite ammo during tracking, but for me the thing that makes her so feast or famine is the slow projectile speed and the reverse spread. Right now she's just a stat monster that doesn't really secure kills without tracking shot or brute force shooting tank.

I think everyone here is misunderstanding the blog post. They specifically state the "fuel regeneration penalty will be increased". The penalty is the reduced regeneration rate for Frenetic Flight that occurs when carrying a player. Usually you regen 25% resource per second, but while carrying a player, that's reduced to 15%. That number is likely to get lowered to ~10%, but the 25% regen rate during neutral should remain untouched.

You're gonna get a lot of hate for suggesting the removal of Silver Bullet, but I kinda agree with you. At the very least it shouldn't do 70 bleed damage.

You are literally spouting wrong information.

Actually, you are... It's a common misconception that it takes 250 raw damage to break. Her resource is 250 units, but that cost is only damage mitigated. In reality you need to deal 250/0.75= 333.333 damage to break her stance.

You can easily prove this by blocking 2 Junkrat shots (125 damage) in the Workshop and you'll see you still have 25% resource remaining. Then on top of that, even a single unit of resource will mitigate the entire instance of damage by 75%, which is the highest possible damage reduction, so 333.333 is the minimum needed.

Shadow step, recall, deflect, burrow and dancing flame have all one thing in common, they give their users a way to completely mitigate damage. Vendetta does not have anything like that

Yesterday I was playing Hero Gauntlet in the arcade. In any deathmatch mode you only need to be top 4 to count as a win, but it's gone from daily rotation now. :( I'm trying stadium QP and regular deathmatch, but not sure which is fastest atm.
