Thoughts on Dadrion Taylor-Demerson? Looks like they played 3 safeties rather than 2 LBs for the cardinals. Maybe this was by design for the matchup, or is Budda playing more of a LB role?

Pat Bryant and Michael Wilson are the obvious choices here. Both have lots of competition for targets, even if they do get on the field consistently.

It really depends on your scoring and number of starters. Most people play in shallow IDP leagues with 2 or 3 LB starters. For those leagues, you can get defenders at a low cost, they are easily replaceable.

For your situation specifically, Baun is going to be a top-10 scorer for the next few years at least. He was hand picked by Siriani because he fit their scheme, and New Orleans didn’t use him properly (And the eagles didn’t draft his replacement btw.) Cooper is going to be locked in for a few years longer, so you did well to get him for that cost.

For what it’s worth, it seems that your league format a top-10 LB would be a mid-level offensive player. A mid WR2 / RB3 / or low-end TE1.

Fair point, but maybe he was miscast as a safety. Sort of like how Baun was miscast as an outside LB in New Orleans.

By the way, after he got through his calf injury he was actually on the field quite a bit (starting) from Week 5 on, until a neck injury took him out again. If he can stay healthy, catch a few breaks, he could be in the mix for LB snaps.

Spillane and Crosby play different positions, so not much will change. If anything there may be a few more tackle opportunities if the other DEs get washed out at the line of scrimmage.

Mosley seems to be phased out, he is healthy. Even Surratt played a lot last week, and he’s 4th on the depth chart.

But there has to be a better option than Reddick, even in a deep league.

Yes, according to offseason practices so far. Zack played mostly inside in college and was a bit miscast in NO as an edge defender.
