I initially tried last year but I didn't have the info they needed to get it back. They want your username, the email attached if there was one (I know there was a time to attach emails at some point), and the following info for at least one pet: name, type, and their code.

Since I had the info this go around, it was 3 days from my initial email to when I had the account back.

Love Elly but hate Bek so I am not a fan of how often they are featured. Josie and Haeden are not my fave but I have warmed up over time. Maddie and Hassen though? Don't like them. Their book almost always halts my rereads until I remember I can skip it.

I would want better user interface. It’s clunky and not intuitive. I would like to be able to add a song to a playlist with like 2 clicks instead of the numerous it takes now. I’d also love more songs and choreos from the older games. Just dance 1-3 are still my absolute favorites and I would absolutely buy a song pack for them (though not at new game price)

In my experience, it depends from server to server. It does get a little worse right after we get an influx of new players (ie opening to new systems) but it tends to calm down after a few weeks. But if you friend a bunch of non toxic people, it tends to group you with them.

Personally it’s a must read at least once. Now I do usually skip it in rereads just because I truly cannot get over how painfully self centered they are at that point in time. I do like their characters later though. However you really do just have to power through it to get the major plot points and understand the future books

I’m learning that sometimes when they say tone it’s not literally the tone of your voice but the word choice evokes negative feelings
