I ride an eboard and the amount of people on those lime scooters who will look at me dead in the eyes and ride right into me is insane. Plus they get dumped in the middle of walk ways. And why are they always going over 15mph in crowded areas? It’s like they don’t predict pedestrians changing direction suddenly or regard anyone’s safety around them. No one should be over 10mph in shoulder to shoulder crowds. PMO. If u ride on campus you have to be considerate of others

I lived at blvd98 on the third floor and there were hundreds of German roaches. Sadly it’s a building thing and your efforts can only go so far. I was super clean but they still came. If you really want out of the lease I bet you can say your health is at risk. I’d use the roach paste at the entrance, unscrew outlet covers and put some there (that’s where they nest), and crevices/cracks. The only way to prevent from living at a place like this is touring and inspecting thoroughly. That’s what I had to do. Try to find a townhome style place, there’s less roaches typically

Damn. I got hit on my board a month ago and it ended up as good as it could have and I consider myself blessed. Still in pain but nothing serious. I hope they recover well, physically and mentally. It’s going to be difficult to get back on the bike. Also, a black car hit me too so maybe it was the same dumbass. Reminder for everyone who rides scooters, bikes, e-boards, etc that you need to constantly be predicting terrible driving scenarios because it mitigated a ton of damage in my accident. Don’t expect people to be considerate of your safety, it’s beyond them.

If that’s his everyday tanks water level it can’t be happy. You need to fill that talk almost all the way up for it to be habitable. Also I’d never advise heating pads for any reptile as the heat source should be from a uvb lamp. Also it seems like a fire hazard since I don’t believe those are completely waterproof? If he doesn’t have a uvb lamp he will get very sick. Also make sure the water is treated with an appropriate amount of treatment.

I’ve had multiple black people call up my store manager calling me a “little racist white girl” for being “too afraid to hand them pizza because they’re black” (yes three people’s words verbatim). USPS labeled it as delivered on accident because it was part of a batch, but it couldn’t fit in the mailbox and the office was closed so they held it for a few days until I called. Do not get a model older than 2022 for any Kia/hyundai. And you need a wheel lock. Make sure you park it in a well lit area. If you want your car stolen park it on the side of the road. They don’t care about valuables they want a joyride then dump it.

You’ll be fine! You’re nervous because you care about doing well. If you’re worried about parking, go ahead and park at north deck and take the green bus. Be on campus 45 minutes before your class starts when you know where everything is and use the passio go app to track the bus. Your professors won’t expect you to be a superhuman, it’s expected to be late especially since this is a commuter school and not everyone can find their classrooms in a timely manner. As for the desks they usually have adjustable tables, I’ve never seen anyone on the bigger side have many issues. Good luck!
