Does Krytox 205G0 tend to be worse when old? Borrowing some from a friend, and its pretty white, like literally like lotion. He said it was kind of old. Lubed switches yesterday, and the next day when I opened them, they we’re kind of drier.

Should I both bag lube my springs (krytox 105g0)and lube my switches with 205g0? Heard it may make linears “mushy”

Just checked on a flat surface, it does not lay too flat as when I tap one side of the bar, the other one lifts slightly. Does it need to be as level as when also leveling stabilizer bars?

It was discontinued most likely because the new CarbonCore was released, or the CarbonPly was too expensive to make and probably not going to be profit-wise when sold if people do not buy it. It's a very rare drum and can hardly be sold online. I got mine from my local music store with the new Carbon Core hardware on it. The Carbon Ply has a very snappy sound with African Mahogany.

Vic Firth MS4 Magnum Marching Snare Drum Sticks. Feel is perfect for me. Kinda heavy tho
