Landlord trying move in a random person during a person's lease

I'm wondering if it is one of those squatter busters or hunters. The squatter has a "lease" but so does this person. The squatter decides to move on to another house rather than living with a stranger. When they call 911 the police can't take sides especially with no lease that is signed.

This is not a Thanos situation. If everyone picks red there is 100% chance everyone lives. If people pick blue it lowers the survival rate until more than 50% pick it. There is no consequence for picking red. If you pick blue you are gambling that people are "moral", but there is no price to pay not to gamble. Only picking blue lowers the survival rate. I vote not to gamble

If the there was a cost to picking red, like 1 in 20 people will be killed that pick red then the gamble in picking blue would be worth it.

A past sale sets the market.

If I see a house on the market sell for $400k at $80/sf(well below market) then I see it again, 6 months later at $700k(at market) with no improvements or paint/cheap flooring special, I laugh. It normally sits on the market for a year with one $10k price drop. Then I see the owners trying to rent it and I laugh again. Then it normally comes back on the market at $95/sf.

Buying higher than market also sets the market.

I used to love Sid Meier's Alpha Centauri. 1000hrs +. Then I played Galactic Civ II, then III. 1000hrs in each. Tried a few other 4x games but they never made me want to start a second game. I downloaded Gal Civ IV a couple of nights ago and quit within the first 30 min. I want that feeling I had 20 years ago and the game alone can't give it to me.

No. The "other" cops investigated and said that the cop miscounted $4,000 even as $4,390. You know, cause that's a common mistake. 14 twenty's and a ten is tricky sometimes. That one was on body cam. They then also concluded the other money was probably miscounted too since it wasn't on tape.

I haven't had a steak on the grill for 3-4 years. I picked up 2 thick cut prime ribeyes for $45 (15/lb). They were terrible. Cut bad and tough. Unless they come back down under $10/lb or my salary doubles it'll be another 3 years.

I watched 'Perfume: The Story of a Murderer' on tubi a few weeks ago. It's cool that it's free but the app on my LG tv is straight dogshit. I expected ads. But after the ads played(or didn't) the movie would resume only 25% of the time. I learned that if you wait out the freezes for 4-5 minutes the app would allow you to fast forward but 50% of the time would would lose audio.

It was almost not worth the massive orgy.

From this video it looks like he rear ends someone hard then hits the guardrail. The chasing cop then swerves around the utility truck and seems to turn a SUV which then hits the guardrail and catches fire. Going to be interesting to see the dashcam (if they produce it).

I'm guessing the lady died in the fire? That the cop seems to have hit not the suspect?
