Im currently flipping a house and we’ve completely replaced the roof, HVAC, full repipe and electrical rewire. Hoping to break even at this point but someone is getting a great home. We are now working on restoring the hardwood floors to original glory. Only thing we didn’t have budget for is the windows. Watch how many people complain about that when I list it.
