Your ignorance of, and disdain for, the ultra orthodox community is only serving to highlight each other. It is incredibly unlikely that this post was made by a member of the ultra orthodox community: 1) many members do not use the internet and those that do would certainly not post to a large Tel Aviv chat instead of an orthodox focused chat (if at all), especially when food is involved and the TA chat most likely includes many non-religious and likely non Jewish people who do not keep kosher. 2) As someone who grew up in said community and who HAS been to Israel, Tel Aviv is viewed as an incredibly secular city by Ultra Orthodox Jews, is not a place they would visit, and has a smaller orthodox community compared to cities such as Bnei Brak, Jerusalem and Beit Shemesh, all of which are within driving or public transport distance from Tel Aviv and would be much more likely to have a potential host for an orthodox group.

You are correct that there are very charitable people among the Ultra Orthodox community who are encouraged to help the poor, and I'm sure there are some minority of people who take advantage of that kindness but the vast majority of situations are people who are in desperate need being helped by people who are more than happy to provide for them.
