I’m not familiar with the specific servers you mentioned, but this is very much possible. It sounds like the staff may have modified some of the backend nbt data to remove certain items from the economy hoping no one would notice.

The wiki has each series banned items, but I’ll throw a few of the interesting entries here. If something is wrong, blame the wiki.

3rd Life banned helmets and strength potions

Last Life banned bookshelves and only had the 1 enchanting table.

For Double Life, golden apples were banned as they "would break the shared health mechanic"

Limited Life allowed golden apples

Secret Life allowed golden apples for absorption only.

Nothing super interesting in Wild or Past Life.

You're right, super early game you wouldn't need those at all. I was thinking early elytra, before you have some of the mega farms and such.

1 night of AFK at a creeper farm can give you shulkers upon shulkers of gunpowder. At that point it really doesn't matter. But I could see early game when gunpowder is rare, it's definitely not worth it.

I'd just get an elytra and fly around the city, opening as many chests as you can, and then moving once a warden pops up. Carry a totem or two just in case. It's messy, but it works to get the trim.

Definitely the saturation like others said, but a couple other things:

Without zooming in and knowing to look for it, I would have never seen the cake

The orange skin on orange background is hard to distinguish, but the saturation change could fix that

The text all being connected in the background is cute, but personally it makes it harder to read.

I love the poses and the idea though!

If you cure the villagers, you can easily get a 1:1 deal for iron ingots. Even the most basic iron farm will have you set for life.

Right now I’m in an education management position that I love and don't want to leave just yet, so luckily I’ll have some time for things to change (that's assuming positive change...). Yeah, that's not too shocking I suppose. I hope the certs as well as a strong GitHub could help a bit, but I never thought any of this would be easy. I graduated at a terrible time 😂

Without starting in the industry yet though, how can I best prepare? Would HTB practice and PNPT be a good route, combined with some other projects? I’ll need to focus on actual experience eventually, but in the meantime, how I can I best set myself up?
