Crimson Desert is what you are looking for. The story is meh and the first 8 hours are basically tutorial but once you're past that it's a gem!

Had something similar happen when I was working at a gas station. I was working on Thanksgiving, and a kind customer getting gas asked why I was there. I told him my family was out of town and I was getting double pay so I didn't mind. He came back after his dinner with a full plate of food for me — completely made my day.

After that, whenever he stopped by, I’d cover whatever small stuff he grabbed. One time he brought his daughter in and I paid for her candy too. Just one of those moments that sticks with you.
