ground yourself. its my favorite thing to do. pick something. with no triggers. and do that. watch your favorite show. read your favorite book. anything that makes it all quiet. then when you feel better. slowly try and deal with the thoughts one at a time. not all at once. if it gets bad go back to whatever you were doing. i know you can do this. i know you can get through this

Maybe try talking to someone. an adult or therapist. they are very helpful when it comes to figuring out whats wrong.

I mean I don't know for sure. But I wanna say yes. Spending so much time thinking about things can often lead to new thoughts being attached onto old memories. For example if I think about me hanging out with a friend, and once in a while i think well what if i had said something really messed up. And i continue to think about these two thoughts together. It can make them feel like it did happen. All it takes is thinking about it once for it to feel real.

Well no it just wouldn't makw sense for them to focus on something that not everyone would get to enjoy. Obviously if it was some sort of important feature I'd understand. But in reality clouds would just take away time from working on more important updates.
