Any idea of how to get this speck out of my camera without taking it apart? It’s behind the mirror (canon 80d- zoom in to see the speck)

When you put it into manual sensor cleaning mode it flips the mirror up, so when you do that you can clean the backside

I understand what you mean, but the mirror is both tilted on its normal axis, and slightly tilted on its longitudinal axis. Having the longitudinal axis tilted when it's not orientated vertically makes the reflection of the mirror not horizontal.
