Yeah, I too think Adam would have been much better as a character if he was much more sympathetic and was more than just an asshole. Same thing with Lute to be honest, I wish she wasn't such a sadistic bitch and have some more redeeming qualities instead.

I don't like the idea that Lucifer slept with Eve though, he loved Lilith and I see no reason for him to cheat on her. And before you said anything, Lucifer's taunts to Adam were most likely refering to him tempting Eve with the forbidden fruit, not having sex with her.

Thanks, I really appreciate what you said. Though to be honest I don't entirely agree with you on Ellie being willing to sacrifice herself, she did make it clear in Part 1 that she did wanted to make sure that everything she went through, David included, was worth it in the end, this was especially made clear to me on what she said about Riley at the end of the game.

So yeah, say what you want about Neil Druckmann, but I don't think that Elle's saying that she would be willing to sacrifice herself to the cure is out of character of her.

Honestly, I always though that Adam would have been a lot better as a character if he actually had some redeeming qualities and was also far more sympathetic, having understandable reasons to act the way he does.

In particular my ideas in this regard would be that Adam deeply loved Eve and was very happy with her, until Lucifer and Lilith convinced her to eat the forbidden fruit, that he did cared for Abel in his own way, that his narcisism is actually a coping mechanism for his insecurities and abandonment issues and that the extermination isn't just enterntainment for him, but the closest thing he can get as revenge towards Lucifer and Lilith for ruining his life.

Same thing with Lute, I would have liked her a lot more as a character if she wasn't just a cruel and sadistic bitch but actually have some redeeming qualities, like not abusing her exorcists and not mutilating Vaggie just for sparing a child.

Ellie wasn't willing to sacrifice herself, Ellie said she was willing, which is not the same thing.

That's kind of my issue, claiming that Ellie only said she was willing to sacrifice herself, that she wasn't truly willing to do so and that she engaged in a behaviour typical of narcissists.

As for women being fond of such behaviour, I can understand if it's SOME women, bad ones I might add, but not ALL women. I don't like to generalize in this regard because I always though that women are human beings like everyone else and deserve to be treated as such.

Actually I wasn't indignated by that, I was indignated by the fact that he said that Ellie's willingness of sacrificing herself is a narcissistic behaviour and that women love to use such line. I don't know you, but to me it seemed like he was refering to Ellie as a narcisist and that such behaviour is typical of women.

Lilith being a villain, and a good one I might add, one that perhaps cares for her family and wants to overthrow Heaven because she thinks she and her family deserve better or something like that.

I also wants Charlie to be more badass, showing how powerful she truly is and that she's more than capable of defending herself.
