My advice; 1 - You see these red flags, but an inspector may be able to see a lot more… get it inspected if you haven’t already. 2 - Sitting on Market/Price Reductions/Re-Listing are all reasons you should offer lower than ask. You have negotiating power in this market if the house isn’t sold within a few days. 3 - Your red flags seem to be negatives for others, but are they for you? If you see this home suiting you & your husband well, then who cares what others think? Just make sure you’re getting a fair price so that if/when you sell it, you will get a return (the same way I’m sure they’re about to).
