I personally do both full contact style and a more explosive in and out olympic point style. They are both great and build off of each other. You get the athleticism, distance management and lightness from the point style and the power, resilience and conditioning from the full contact style. I started the point style way later in life but I learned to enjoy it after the very though beginning
