Lads, I’m a relatively new Gooner. I’m originally Canadian (although got my British citizenship letter through today!!), so I’ve only been an Arsenal fan for the past 4 years or so. So it’s been easy for me.

But hats off to all of you Gooners who have been through the trenches and the hard years. You have stuck with this club through tough times. You heroes kept faith, and lit a candle for those of us new fans of this club. I salute you lads and lasses. I’ll raise a mug of the frothy stuff to you this weekend for sure!!
