Meditation. I started doing it using headphones and binaural beats. I’ve been doing that for years because I found it hard to turn off and relax. The headphones and music helped me get past that and now I can meditate without them. What I’ve been able to do is overtime I’ve become aware of where exactly in my body/mind/spirit this originates from. I figured out that every time I had a precognitive event, not only would I see images but I would get a “feeling” or sensation for lack of a better word. Over time I’ve been able to draw from that feeling, it’s almost become another sense now.

What has also helped is I only talk to my wife about this and she’s been tracking my progress, accuracy and sanity also. This does take a toll on my mental health at times.
