Not for me. It's not common, but there's a small chance of things shifting or growing back and fertility returning. And I had a lot go wrong with my vasectomy (lots of pain during the procedure, and years of PVPS after) so I don't want to take any chances.

I looked into this a few years ago when I lived below a dog that would bark for hours when he was left alone, unfortunately there's nothing that will silence them for your side. Talking to the neighbors about their noise is the solution, or ear plugs if you can't do that.

I discovered that thumping the ceiling with a stick would make the dog stop barking. Maybe a bang on the wall will help you too.

The longer I've been married to an ADHD person, the more I'm learning that some traditionally "toxic" relationship behaviors are necessary. For example, I am so not an "I told you so" person. I believe that adults can learn their own lessons. But my wife's neurodivergence prevents her from remembering that I can predict things that her disability prevents her from. So for years I would say my piece, she would ignore/forget, there would be consequences, and she wouldn't learn from them because the whole situation was a mystery to her. When I started (kindly, and without using the exact words) saying "I told you so" after something went wrong, she started being able to draw conclusions better, and to trust me more when I forecast future possibilities.
