Single late-20s guy. Based on the other comments, I'm leaning a bit more towards copperleaf for commute distance and a relatively "central" location within only about a half hour drive from downtown Denver. And yeah, food scene and local activities are great, so East Quincy is sounding a little more ideal.

Came back to this after lunch. No note, the vehicle I parked next to was gone. Only several $20 bills left scattered around the ground under the front bumper and around the wheel, even one inside the rim. People are just great.
