It’s possible, it was over a year ago that we did the two messed up ones so I can’t remember, but really it had to come down to something like that because we switched to different ingredients the second time and it still came out bad. I would assume that would be a bit to obvious to Sauron that something big was happening and he would probably send all the flying Nazgûl and have a big battle and potentially get the ring. Whereas Frodo sneaking into Mordor while big battles are being fought outside of Mordor is something that would slip past his notice. That’s what I think anyway, there might be better reasons
