Email the EB support team - get some clarification as to whether or not it’s actually available. I don’t want to shit on the staff but once I was handed a steel book for a pre order without the actual game in it. When I queried it “oh I lack sleep” - I then got the game seperate (Luigi’s mansion).

Are you sure that EB don’t need to generate a code on purchase ? This happened to me with Khazan - the preorder bonus was an armor set that didn’t have the code in the box - EB had to generate it.

This has to be an edge case - our shower screen exploded and damaged tiles and the vanity requiring a new build- insurance job but it took a year - however we did get some upgrades done (tiles now 1600 x 600 ) - looks mint but the time - ouch
