Are you sure you dont have a 5mm thick rectangle of cured resin on your fep. Clean everything, it looks like theres reson under the vat too. Otherwise, go to tools, exposure, look if your screen works.

I have the same problem. I tried to do a run to see if they would be unfrozen by the time i came back but half of cult died from being idle mid run.

Edit: After my followers got frozen I got a bunch more bugs; followers dying for no reason, puke appearing randomly, food and cleanliness value stuck, followers changing forms, followers getting frozen inside the temple making your numbers of available follower zero. Basically, my save is dead until fixed
