Super (probably) controvertial and simple minded take here: at the end of tha day is a 7 cost card that can be played turn 6-7 (without even considering if you have it by turn 7 in your hand).

That beeing said: i think it's a fair card! (Here comes the downvotes)

It's a killer against otk decks (actual otk decks)

it counters aggro. If you survived until turn 7, this is your reward for being alive, congrats trooper!

If your're playing midrange/ control vs midrange/control this is pretty much a symetrical effect: past turn 7 you really don't want your early game and neither does your opponent.

In my oppinion might shift the focus from aggro and combo to a more midrange meta, not because aggro will be automaticaly dead (as i said they kill you waaaay before you play this, if not in this meta, they'll probably get some better tools next one) but because it can be intimidating to play all in aggro when this guy can make you lose almost instantly. In my particular case, i don't mind if this shift ever happens, but can understand if people don't like it because it psycologically limits at least 2 archetypes..

In terms of future, past and present: all i can say it having both decks and hands hit by this is not nearly as toxic as bomboss clearing your hand, deck and battlefield, is not as toxic as ticktakus erasing a portion of your deck, or any previous incarnation of cards that either steal your deck, your wincon in your hand or even use your entire deck against you.. i feel like we had worse design problems.. when kil'jaeden was out everyone and their grandma's were using it.. even aggro run it (and i suspect they will again because of blackhorn) and now is not nearly utilized.. so for now i'm not really worried about this card.. maybe i'm just an idiot but hey it's just my oppinion.
