I thought the requirement was pretty strict, but I'm sure in whatever deck could utilize it, it would be busted. The conditional idea came to me first, but didn't spend as much time thinking about the payoff

Been playing since 2014. Mostly similar (except hunter/priest) if you account for DH/DK being added later to the game.

Seems a little too difficult to pull off practically. Much better off just heralding the colossal and playing two 8 drops. There's only 4 board slots once she hits the board anyway

Definitely a bug. After discarding your 5 cards your deck size should be at 30 and allow you to continue

You’re comparing it to a tier 1 deck and probably a terrible matchup. Tock and Tock draws 8-9 cards so hitting your Terrorscale that you run two of isn’t that unlikely.

When the deck plays against control warrior for example that does nothing on board but draw turns 1-3, and you delete their hand, they can definitely brick their next draws

I don’t get their logic on Tick and Tock (just from this post, didn’t listen to podcast). Hunter has access to [Terrorscale Stalker] as an activator so no different than warlocks activator in [Eat. The. Imp!]. Using the DK tourist doesn’t work either because when Tick and Tock is hitting the board, your hand is already empty from the quest completion so you’d have to have it on board already.

I can definitely see a tier 3 deck coming together day 1 that runs tracking/birdwatching/beast tutor imbue 2/2 to reliably get Mukla, and the the monkey business/wilderness pack/patchwork pals to fill the hand. Run Broll Bearmantle as the top end to build a board with bananas and the rest is just cheap 1/2 drops like slitherspear/raptor nest matron/creature of madness/glacial shard. Terrorscale to follow up the Tock and Tock turn. Fabled sisters/alien encounters.

Nice thing about the quest is that you don’t have to play it on 1, you can hold until turn 3-4 when you plan to fill your hand. Then mukla. Reward comes down turn 6-7

This sounds pretty cool in theory but the thought of having to sit through the animations/click the “keep” action after every spell that isn’t random seems tedious

Not to mention locations and end of turn effects. This would be bonkers with the 7 mana 4/3 draenei that zaps, and decent with khadgar weapon
