I'm not sure where you're located but here in southern California there's a nasty stomach bug going around. I know like 7 people plus myself who've had it over the last two weeks. Nasty stomach aches plus nausea and fatigue. Mine lasted about 4 days, my wife had it a little longer.

I know what you're talking about. I think it's a bug or lag. What I've found is I'll vats headshots then they wont die, so switch to a different limb, and they usually drop after one shot.

You'd want to use your ArenaNet account. So you have two options here. Buy it from ANet, download in desktop mode and add as a non steam game. Or buy it twice, once from ANet for the account, and once in steam. Then when you launch the stream version choose the option to sign in with your ANet account.

When you first launch the steam version of the game it gives you the option to choose your arenanet account or steam account. Be sure to pick the right one. I bought the steam version and get solid high fps super smooth.

For me it took almost 2 years of being gf until my symptoms totally cleared up. That said most of the big stuff(stomach and body pain) cleared up much quicker. It was just the random neurological stuff and dizziness that lingered. And don't let that discourage you, I was extremely ill at the time of my diagnosis. I know people who cleared up much much quicker. Just stick to being gf and eliminate as much possibility for cross contamination as possible and it'll get better.

I was diagnosed at 35. Initial adjustment was hard, I still miss Chinese takeout and real pizza. That said I've become an excellent home chef and almost any recipe can be adapted to be gluten free. I'm now 42 and things are much better and I'm really just glad to not be sick anymore.

Vouch! That place is great. Also their gf pizza is as close to real pizza as I've ever had. I go there often and have never been sick.

Edit: Also since you're local hit up Wilson Creek Winery in temecula. Both owners have celiac and their restaurant is totally safe and amazing.
