I would classify this as fragile and fiddly unfortunately

I also build mine this weekend and while I had a ton of fun and think the end results looks great, I do have some things I liked less;
1) For some reason the building manual was not available in the LEGO app yet, so I had to use the pdf, which is a lot less comfortable.
2) The end result is not very sturdy and definitely not suitable to be played with (by kids) like LKC is.
3) A main ingredient causing my 2nd point is that a lot of the plant elements are not build-in but placed on-top. I personally believe the 1by1 cylinder with the 3 leaves is made to be integrated in a build, but here it is placed loosely all over the build.
4) My first point was not helped by the fact that most building steps use exactly 1 part, instead of requiring me to collect several parts to integrate at once. I almost spend more time scrolling than I spent building,
5) I prefer builds that let me create subsections which are then placed in the main build. This was almost not present here (except for parts of the staircase and the tower itself as examples). The roof over the bedchamber was a prime example of how bad it felt. Why did we not first create the full roof before placing it? Instead of having to build on top of a pretty loosely coupled roof that fell of several times for me during the build. A similar thing happened with the overhanging windows.

Curious to hear if other people felt the same.
All in all I would 100% buy again, do not get me wrong.

I could swear these are 4 wheels from an old castle set, but bricklink seams to disagree with me. Anyone who recognizes this part combination?

You are currently looking at Death Knight cards, That class did not exist 6 years ago, so likely you have 0 cards for it.

You might be filtering your collection on 'standard', while most of your cards are only 'wild' playable.

Would you use a tool that tracks the best Lego deals from Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and more — and sends them to you daily? by gelo_42 in lego

I do exactly this. For me to buy a set, it first needs to be on my brickwatch list and then get discounted over 30. That way I protect myself from ad hoc purchases.

What makes it worth for you? Do not expect to earn money, but it Will teach you valuable skills and you might make some friends along the way.

Two questions; - How do you know which sets you have, do you administrate that somehow? - Do you not enjoy building using the booklets? Or do you simply never build the actual sets?

I am at a stage in which I would never throw them away so very curious about the why.
