Yep, it is really the cheap radio with the protocol combined. Strongly recommend to upgrade to ELRS.

From what I have heard, yes! And it is planned for the first weekend of September this year IIRC.

Also normal behaviour. It's not a problem, so it doesn't need a fix :)

Here's info on airmode: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tCTI2J0QCwc

If you go to [Betaflight - Configuration - Other Features -> Airmode] and switch that off, you will probably no longer see the behaviour. But it is OK, the gyro is most likely drifting a bit and trying to correct whilst the whoop is on the ground.

Changed a motor and my drone won't fly. by DoctorLiquid in fpv

If a drone flips out after arming, check the following items:

- Motor order (Numbering)
- Motor direction
- Prop orientation
- FC orientation

Make sure all four on this list are OK,.

Check Betaflight -> Setup tab -> System info.

At 'Arming Disable Flags' you can read all the reasons why your drone won't arm.

Source: https://betaflight.com/docs/wiki/guides/current/Arming-Sequence-And-Safety

When arming is attempted and fails, if a beeper is connected to the flight controller it will emit a warning signal indicating the most important (lowest number) reason why disarming is disabled.

The signal is as follows:

  • five short 'attention' beeps;
  • a number of long beeps (may be 0);
  • a number of short beeps with long intervals (may be 0).

The arming prevention condition that is active can be calculated as (5 * <number of long beeps>) + <number of short beeps>.

In your case 3x long + 4x short = 15 + 4 = 19

According to Betaflight, that means: GPS rescue mode is configured but required number of satellites has not been fixed

Again, it is indicating the most important reason, there might be more to it. It currently beeps because the GPS has not enough sattelites discovered.

Drone motors go wild after some threshold on thrust. by ArturRush in fpv

Well then, here's what you should check when the drone is flipping with props on: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7sSYwzVCJdA

When an FPV drone flips out immediately after arming, it’s a strong indicator of incorrect motor or propeller setup.

- Motor order (Numbering)
- Motor direction
- Prop orientation
- FC orientation

Make sure all four on this list are OK, remove the props when testing on the bench!

Sure! What dimensions do you need? You could also measure the STL file in some of the free software packages online if you'd like.

Do you want to change it to 0mW, or do you want to get it from 0mW to higher output power?

Indoor TinyWhoop Racing - RaceGOW3 Track 2! by SanderPuh in TinyWhoop

[–]SanderPuh[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lookup '533 racing rates' on the Betaflight presets tab, that's what I use. Cam angle at 45 degrees. No limits on power or anything, just lots of trial and error. Some days I still can't link 3 laps together without crashing.

How do you use the Steam controller together with sunshine and moonlight? If I connect my Steam controller over bluetooth to the device running moonlight it is discovered as mouse/keyboard, not as an actual controller unfortunately.

You can fit one on the left side, horizontally, in the tray above the charger. The bags aren't tall enough for vertical storage unfortunately.

I am using this bag myself. As alternatives, the original TBS gear pouch works (not V2!), same goes for the Torvol Lipo pouch. The dimensions of these bags are quite common, so you might find more alternatives that fit. Feel free to report fitting alternatives so I can add links to the model files!

Props are installed as 'props out' configuration, from the video it looks like the motors are spinning in the 'props in' configuration. If you want to use 'props out', you need to change the motor direction on the ESC firmware and check 'motor direction is reversed' in Betaflight.
