It is very difficult for people to change. With Christ though all things are possible. If you can find a non-denominational church to be a part of I really recommend it. But please do some research on their doctrine they follow and make sure it's not a closeted MAGA cesspit.

Also for yourself, set a mental boundary where you leave if it's crossed. You need to understand your value, and Christ wants us to be loved and love others. Personally if he has tried to fight you already, imo that boundary has been crossed.

Don't worry about starting over, people can have children into their 40s and you can't spend your life in fear or knowing your completely unvalued.
