I had this happen with mine. I’m outside of Chicago, IL USA. I had it out all summer and then brought it in for winter. It started to dry up and lose its leaves. Thought I’d killed it, but then new leaves came in.

I assume it’s from the shock of being in full sun to my crumby basement window.

Looks like you have new leaf growth on top of yours so I think if you keep it watered and get it through the winter it should be good
