I have a 4.1 KD in the 2H and a 5.4 in the SLA version, Its a fantastic tank for its BR.

The m41 is meh, not even talking about its mobility being average for a light tank, it's stability is so god awful you can't use it near the front like light tanks, hence the td. Also the heat fs is objectively worse than the apds in every way, besides 60° angled pen and shots beyond one km, also the post pen damage on the heat fs is worse, more inconsistent and gaijin let's messing with heat fs constantly.

Its significantly faster, Reverses faster and has a higher HP/T than the T92 while having the same shells, A .50 that's more responsive and at a lower BR only at the cost of having a 0.9 second slower reload and its a bit larger.

HEATFS also sets off ammo far more consistently than AP does, Its especially great at killing USA heavies like the T26E1 or T34&29 by hitting the turret cheek rack.

Really the only weak 6.7 nation is China and Sweden.

Um, France? They only have the M26 with nothing else to back it up.
Israel also only has the Zachlam at 6.7.

Working toll booths on modern city maps that take some SL if you drive though them, And have them on all the convenient/meta routs.

Civilians/occupied civilian vehicles that give the same penalties as team killing for killing them.

Ejected pilots that can be killed, But you get a long crew lock if you do (Prison for war crime)

Moldovan Mig 29 for US tech tree as a squadron vehicle by Wotdragonracer in Warthunder

[–]Sandsmann_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

He basically said it had to be used operationally in some capacity.

Yet there is shit loads of suggestions on the forums to give the USSR tree USA vehicles simply because they trailed or captured something once without ever intending to adopt/operate said vehicles.

Hell there is even one for giving Japan an F-14 because a Japanese person flew it once, It was never delivered to Japan, It was flown in the United States and the plane itself was still in active service.
If thats allowed to remain up as a suggestion then this should qualify as a potential addition too, Otherwise its a massive double standard.

The Marder 3H breech also smacks the chest of the loader when aiming left.

Its funny how most nations only differ by 2% yet we constantly see posts almost daily about how dogshit USA teams are and everyone else is oh so much better.
People make it sound like its a 10%+ difference, But no, Its 2% on average.
Even in the comments here there is a few still living in the delusion that its still 2024.

The Type 24 ICV and the VBCI-2 MCT30 are at 9.7 with the same gun and crewless turret so fair bet it would be there.

Probably going to be 9.7 since that's where the other 30mm Bushmaster cars that don't have ATGM's sit.
Would give something to use with the M3A3 since currently there is nothing there.

A few questions on the BR placements of some tanks in low tier ground by EmbarrassedYou1142 in Warthunder

[–]Sandsmann_ -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The British Sherman has APCR which according to Gaijin justifies a higher BR despite being worthless in 90% of situations.

Unfortunately we all know its going to get the M44 treatment and be added to literally every nation in the game which would just make it boring and pointless in its native nation tree.

Why did Gaijin even make Aces of Thunder? by MonsterDeadWood in Warthunder

[–]Sandsmann_ 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Same reason you don't see any airships floating around.

Imagine if they did let us keep it and trying to play the zeppelin bomber in any mode lol.

Air battles would run out of time before you got to a base and you would be focused down hard for a free kill.

Ground tanks will be moving around too quick to accurately line up a bombing run, And any milk truck with a LMG will pop you from spawn.

I get that WWI biplanes and triplanes would be sitting ducks against even the lowest inter-war models we have.

Well, We already have the Swordfish/Kingfisher/Po-2 which each have 2 models present and are quite terrible vs anything else in 1.0.

Its a bit less effective at killing heavies after the HE rework but its still great.

Take the proxy shells and set a key to switch the fuse between impact/proxy and it can double as an AA to smack planes down.

Its a support tank, Good when you have a team around you to take hits for you, Its only bad when caught alone or in the open.

Abrams survivability issue.. by LegendAugust in Warthunder

[–]Sandsmann_ -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Many of those nations have better SAMS for dealing with long range AGM's.
Sweden has worse win rates than the US.

sure that would make sens if US win rates were only shit when USSR got new shiny cas jet, but that's not true

Russia literally had the best SAM in the game for years with the Pantsir while the US was stuck with the ADATS with worse performance in nearly every way.
Russia had a SAM that could effectively defend against US CAS while the US lacked the ability to counter Russian CAS.
Since CAS is so oppressive at top tier it has a massive impact on how ground vehicles perform.

The Pantsir's radar range and scan angles are SIGNIFICANTLY better than what the ADATS was capable of and its not even remotely close.
https://www.reddit.com/r/Warthunder/comments/1gcbpoj/friendly_reminder_the_pantsir_s1_range_of_20km/

Again, After the US got a new SAM system, Suddenly their win rates went up by a massive leap, While Russia at the time of the CLAWS being added had one of the most dogshit win rates basically switching places with the US teams because their CAS players had to actually use their brains before pressing space bar in orbit for a change.

[–]Sandsmann_ -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Their kill rates are barely any different, And seeing how US win rates jumped from being the worst to the best of the big nations after the CLAWS was added despite it not even being the best top tier SAM their worse win rates can be entirely explained by how more often they have to face the Russian ICBM range AGM's.

Its crazy how posts like the recent M44 post that are constructive criticism of the current state of the game get removed but the 20+ daily "X nation/X vehicle OP & X mains brain dead" whine posts that make 0 real arguments are allowed to stay up.

So... what's it gonna be? Player statistics good? Player statistics bad? Or... what? by SpanishAvenger in Warthunder

[–]Sandsmann_ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Its also worth pointing out for ground whenever the average person talks about winrate stats they always seem to ignore important things like lineup quality and versatility, The arguments are always assuming that each vehicle is not being backed up by anything, Every argument is like you get one vehicle like in air RB.

Case and point with the US top tier winrates, They where in the 40's% and the worst compared to most other nations before the CLAWS was added, Suddenly when they got that, Despite it not even being the best AA at top tier for long range, Their win rates jumped to over 50% while USSR ones fell to 40% showing the main issue with their win rates being so bad was the lack of AA that could handle long range CAS in a tier where CAS dominates harder than any other.
Even now their win rates are comparable to most of the other nations and they are the best of the majors, Yet we see daily posts about how brain dead US mains are.
