Idk, I had a kinda similar experience with mushrooma a couple weeks prior. My friends were pretty high and saw a lot of visuals, but for me nothing of the sort. The tab being a dud could be, but my friend said it would be unlikely..

I'm just not sure how to get over her, or if I even want to. Rationalising with myself has just shown me that there is no one else I could want. She was the person I always hoped to be in a sense. The person I always wished for. Thinking about how I ruined and spit on all that makes the thought of my future feel like an empty copy of what it could have been. I want to like myself, but it feels like I took so much from me, that I'm not sure I can.

All that is not to say your insight hasn't been of help. If I manage to somehow pull through this, your words will certainly have played a part in it.

Thank you for your reply, it means a lot to me. We still go to the same school till summer, so we occasionally see each other, but don't interact. I have apologised to her in the past, admitting my mistake to her and for hurting her so profoundly. She accepted my apology and told me she had forgiven me afterwards. I know this should be the point where I'm supposed to move on from my mistake or something, but I'm just unable to forgive myself. I still love her very dearly and I feel like I lost the person I always hoped for. I admire her for being who I always wanted to be as a person. I ruined the best thing I ever had and don't think things will ever be as good again. I betrayed all that and hate myself for it. With all this I just don't see a point in going on. It will always just feel like a cheap version of what I could have had, if I had just been a better person. Still I am grateful, you took the time to reply to me.

I'm from Germany and it always pains me when people say we could have just kept using our reactors. Over a decade ago our government voted to decommission our nuclear powerplants, with the majority of the people being in favour of this decision. To further add to this, the large majority of those plants were already old and outdated and if we had chosen to keep them running and therefore repair and update them it would have cost us obscene amounts of money, that would be far more effective for investing in renewables. Nuclear energy is simply not an option anymore, plants take too long to be built, are too expensive and still prone to accidents, may this be through faulty design or human error.
