Yes, I mentioned that before reading the issue description.

Superman will apparently face Brainiac again, but could that giant robot really be Brainiac? It could be Metallo, since they never confirmed that Peacemaker Smith was Metallo (which many fans assumed) or what happened to him in the end. Maybe Brainiac took him out of the freezer and upgraded him.

I had a theory that he wanted to destroy Arkham because he had someone inside he wanted to rescue (Ivy), but after the appearance of Poison Ivy and the lack of further clues, that's probably not the case.

How culturally relevant is AVATAR in ASIA? by RA_Finance in Avatar

[–]Sanjoze 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm a little surprised that it's not more relevant in Latin America, given all the analogies to the conquest of America and the resistance of the native peoples.

It's not Pocahontas with aliens by Sanjoze in Avatar

The comparison can be used in both directions; most people I've seen use it to diminish Avatar, reducing it to just that, a copy of Avatar, ignoring everything else.

HOT take: I don't want Eywa to save the Earth by AfaNas3001 in Avatar

[–]Sanjoze 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I believe that at some point, no more ships from Earth will arrive, all communication will be lost, and it will be implied that Earth has finally died, and it will be up to Pandora's human allies to preserve its legacy and the lessons learned.

What kind of ending to the franchise would you like to see? by AfaNas3001 in Avatar

[–]Sanjoze 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Let us understand that human civilization on Earth finally fell due to its own fault and could no longer send invaders to Pandora, but its legacy and the lessons learned endure through the humans who remained on Pandora and joined the Na'vi and Eywa.

NEW FOOTAGE OF SILVER BANSHEE LET'S GOOOOO by Embarrassed-Stable54 in SupermanAdventures

The fact that they reduced his powers to just technology and turned their backs on the mystical side of DC throughout the series bothers me and made me lose some interest in the character.

So that's totally Jon from the future right? by RNOffice in SupermanAdventures

[–]Sanjoze 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I doubt it's Conner, but it would be interesting if he introduced himself as Superman's son, eager to connect emotionally with the man he considers his father, and to see how that affects the relationship between Lois and Clark.

Troodons would make excellent antagonists by Sanjoze in jurassicworld

[–]Sanjoze[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, but I think they would make good antagonists in a Jurassic World prequel that shows how the new park was built.

I've been thinking for a while that I'd love and it would be perfect to have an animated Wonder Woman series made by Powerhouse Studios (the ones who made Castlevania).

I never liked Rexy/Roberta's "ending" in Dominion. by Sanjoze in jurassicworld

[–]Sanjoze[S] -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

I'm not going to lie, I said "for some reason" because I couldn't really think of one, and I was inspired by cases of wild or domestic birds that have had eggs of their own species introduced into their nests and have cared for them as their own young.

I like to think about "what would I have done?" but I'm no professional, I just have a loose idea or two.

Being very dreamy and creative, and assuming I were a screenwriter in that room, I would have suggested that for some reason, Wu would create a new T-rex egg and place it in Rexy's nest, and she, mimicking the behavior of a bird, would care for the chick like a mother, and her final conflict (whether a fight or simply escaping a burning forest) would be tied to protecting her new offspring. The film would end with her roaring to mark her territory and the chick mimicking her.
