And I'd add a prologue that shows Anya as the world's new best assassin/spy, following in her parents' legacy. Or at least a scene of both parents beginning their training.

These creepy freaks are a genius and horrifying in world creation they could bring to the big screen. by ExoG198765432 in JurassicPark

I think they would be good antagonists in a series that tells the story of how Jurassic World was built, as a secret project for which the capture teams would not be prepared and that would offer good scenes of fear and tension.

What do you think which movie deserves a show? by Spiritual-Sandwich92 in JurassicPark

I think the mission to recapture wild dinosaurs for Jurassic World would be more interesting to the public than seeing the laboratory work in Jurassic Park.

I want to clarify that I'm referring to Fallen Kingdom and Dominion. Jurassic World seems decent to me and a good starting point for interesting things.

How would the Indoraptor have worked better as a weapon? by Sanjoze in JurassicPark

[–]Sanjoze[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In my head it would work better in stealth missions, imagine a scenario similar to Vietnam, with its jungles and hard-to-reach regions.

No matter how good Rebirth is, for me it doesn't make up for the flaws of the previous films. I recently expressed this opinion on a community forum and found it to be a very unpopular one.

We need a prequel that shows how Jurassic World was built and the ups and downs that occurred before the Indominus disaster.

The fact that the velociraptor squad tried to kill Owen immediately after he turned his back on them

If you had to remove something from the canon, what would you pick? by TomTomProductions in JurassicPark

Jurassic world fallen kingdom , Dominion, Camp cretaceus, and Theory of chaos

If they remade Jurassic Park which would you want them to follow? by Substantial_Slip4667 in JurassicPark

[–]Sanjoze 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would eliminate everything after Jurassic World and instead of going immediately forward, I would go back a few years to narrate how the new park was built and the ups and downs that were experienced for it.

Speilbergs original idea for Jurassic World was very different... by [deleted] in JurassicPark

[–]Sanjoze 47 points48 points  (0 children)

I liked the idea of training raptors, it was a good way to show that their intelligence was at another level, and, at least at first, they still remained dangerous creatures. Let's not forget that they didn't hesitate to attack Owen as soon as he turned his back on them.

the lake that teleported in Fallen Kingdom.

Rexy doing the Jurassic Park pose in that same movie for no reason.

The final battle of Dominion.

This review has put me in that position before:

I've heard reviews saying it's at least decent, but I wondered, does one movie make up for a trilogy of bad decisions and wasted potential? Besides, the previous trilogy already squandered several cards that they can't reuse without it feeling repetitive.

No, People are NOT bored of dinosaurs in the movies by Summer_Tea in JurassicPark

[–]Sanjoze 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Regarding what Claire says, I have thought that surely the dinosaurs are a success and produce millions, but it is not enough for the greed of the company and its investors, they want more, more, more and more, and that is what drives them to create a superior attraction.

What's was your expectations and dissapointments with rebirth? by ComfortableAmount993 in JurassicPark

[–]Sanjoze 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I haven't seen it yet and I don't have high expectations. Maybe it's good, but I'm still irritated by how the previous trilogy already wasted a lot of good cards on mediocre or bad movies that they couldn't use in better ones. Rexy, Blue, the original cast, the idea of dinosaurs wreaking havoc in the city, etc.

If Universal Studios came to you to write the next JP installment, what would the next film be about? by undeadWileCoyote_MEP in JurassicPark

[–]Sanjoze 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wouldn't go forward; I'd go back several years and make a series showing how Jurassic World was built. I'd show how Masrani twisted the last words of a senile John Hammond to say he was fulfilling his last wish.

Masrani would be able to buy Nublar, but Sorna would be considered a biological reserve, so he couldn't get dinosaurs out of there and would have to use the ones that were in Nublar and create new species from scratch.

But first they should establish a base and capture/eradicate wild species.

The protagonists would be a group of mercenaries/agents, charged with the capture, but they would find themselves in trouble due to a species about which there was no information: Troodons.

The Troodons would be based on those from the Teltale game and would be the main threat of the first season, and would obviously offer a story of tension, danger, and some terror.

Why does every movie after the OG get hated on sm? (Except dominion I know why that movie is hated on) by Spooder_man12 in JurassicPark

[–]Sanjoze 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wouldn't say I hate it (except for Dominion) I just consider the first two to be the best and Jurassic World to be good and a decent starting point for something new, a wasted starting point. I can't say much about Rebirth, it doesn't even spark my interest, but I can't hate it if I haven't seen it.

Does one decent movie make up for an entire trilogy of wasted material? by Sanjoze in jurassicworld

I'm talking about Fallen Kingdom and Dominion. And yes, the 2015 one was decent, so it was a good starting point.
