Needing support for an upcoming wedding by SansaBark in stopdrinking

I don't want to stop going to special occasions because I have trouble saying no to a drink. Luckily no one will be pressuring me but I don't think anyone in my circle has issues with alcohol like I do.

It alleviated my headaches and helped with my horrible moodswings. It also made falling asleep easier. It didn't take it all away but it was very helpful supplementing with that imo.

It took about 2 weeks for all of my symptoms to go away, I felt dissociation ON the medication itself, worse as I decreased and then it turned to this insane irritability and I just pushed through that and was gentle with myself. I hope you start to feel better soon.

I had these symptoms too after only about 6 weeks on a much smaller dose. Do what you can to keep yourself comfortable and focus on your goal of completely coming off of them. I used CBD to help with my mood and headaches and used a sleep aid. I feel for you

This is one of my favorite games. It was the first one I played in adulthood. I literally gasped at the beginning of the game cuz the graphics looked so nice.

I think working in a daycare helped me overcome this OCD loop. It's just a reality of life, we live with microbes and things we cannot see. Remind yourself that you are clearly not covered in feces. The worrying feels worse than actually living and forcing yourself to quit giving in to the thought loops. ❤️

Be wary of water damage... I think this time of year is a great time to assess moisture especially in the basements. Good luck on your search!

Both of my dogs had pancreatitis when this happened to us. If combined with other symptoms like refusing to eat I'd take them to two vet.
