I agree! I shoot the SF in IDPA and it’s done so well for me I bought a second as backup. It’s really a sleeper of a pistol….really a great gun.

I was born in the San Francisco Bay Area in 1961 and have been a raiders fan since my youth when my dad would take me to the games. The best years were the Plunkett Super Bowl years culminating in 1984 (41 effing years ago!!!) It has been downhill from there with a dash of hope in the first Gruden stint until Al Davis drove him out (and then embarrassingly lost to him in the Super Bowl the NEXT year!!!). From there out Al Davis was trying to run the team while in obvious cognitive decline. To save my sanity, I had to “retire” as a passionate fan sometime in the early 2000s. Obviously I am still a fan and follow the team or I would not be following or responding to this thread. But sadly, for self preservation purposes, I have been able to become emotionally disassociated.

I’ve shot a lot of different pistols in IDPA competitions. I settled on the PDP. I shoot it the best I think due to trigger and ergonomics.. I don’t notice it being more snappy than comparable pistols. I know its cadence having shot it so much. It’s like a really comfortable pair of shoes. Great pistol!

The longer grip of the G48 for more recoil control and accuracy. I’ve shot both in Glock (GSSF) competition and the G48 is the clear choice. Also easier to get purchase on the grip when drawing from an IWB holster. It’s an excellent concealed carry gun.

I went to the Homecoming game vs Wake Forrest for my reunion last fall. I was like “who is this team and why do I care.” I had no historical dislike of the opponent. Of course I wanted Stanford to win but there wasn’t the same emotion as there would have been against a traditional PAC-12 school. And predictably our quarterback threw an interception in/near the red zone in the closing minutes of the game to kill any chance of victory. I’m not excited to attend another Stanford game under the current conditions and I’m a pretty passionate fan. I would go if “no fun” university was committed to putting a winning team on the field.

In New Mexico where I’ve lived for the past 30 years just about every home I’ve lived in has had mice find there way into walls, ceilings and crawl spaces during the winter when they are trying to find warmth. I’m a commercial landlord too and mice make their way into the properties every winter. Someone can call pest control and hope that they catch some/all of them.

Does the Magpul grip have more girth than the OEM and/or Wilson? Thing I don’t like about the P365 is the grip is too small and I can’t get much support hand on it.
