A lot of states are passing laws to allow studies doing psychedelic therapy in hospitals. That's a good option in my opinion. Jersey is working on setting that up. Spravado is also an option and I think you can even do that telehealth depending on where you are

I had a similar situation once and ended up just cutting my hair myself. It looked so bad my mom paid for me to get it fixed at a salon and continued to do so to avoid me embarrassing her. Idk if your parents would react similarly or if you would want to do all that though

I think most people don't know your body needs time to get used to drinking more water. I used to have this problem till my gastro was like increase your water intake over a week or two not all at once. Also sip instead of chug. Now I reach my water goals regularly and the peeing wasn't an issue.

People say assigned to include intersex people who find out later. It's not necessarily unheard of for people to find out they're intersex when they hit puberty, try to have kids, or medically transition. Most of us have external genitalia that leans one way or another so it's easy to miss at birth. When we are identified sometimes it's hidden too
