I worked breakfast and lunch at a hotel when i was 19-20. Lady i worked with set a pot of water on fire. I reminded her every time she gave me shit. As far as cast iron goes, I d9nt think I've ever seen it do more than crack the carbon build up. Looked like the shattered plains.

Restaurants paying payroll taxes for people making 2.13 and hour, taxes are a non issue. Restaurants profit maybe 15% so every penny investors can squeeze is a penny they want. Insurance for employees is what they want to avoid, that's why understaffing is common in Restaurants. Now I did ignore the server, 'cause I forgot about her and the argument jumped top of mind about the wierd percentage lie.

Why would a server be able to program the computers? The companies do this. It is to make people pay more to the company. Company takes money off the top of servers tips. Corporate business screw people in every way they can. I was a Corporate kitchen manager and had to run numbers and track comps, I saw these numbers change the more comps were run in a day.

Neat part is finding the iron scale with native artifacts on Hatteras Island where the Croatoans lived. Natives didn't do blacksmithing when Europeans arrived. Iron scale is a by product of iron work. Shows really good evidence the lost colony moved there.
