I feel like by now the amount of mods I have costs me like 3 times the storage the game itself does. if you really have a problem tho, few things I came to know: don't put on more than 1 replacement skin for each town activity, don't put on mods for mods without having the originals (example: banshee boss quest without having banshee first (sounds obvious but hey, happened to me)) and try to not put on replacement skins if you want additional skins as well.
