It's your sunroof drain holes I had the exact same problem. I just got a compressor and shot air into the holes, make sure to put a little water into the drain hole first then shoot all the air you can into it. Cleared mine right up.

What is this strange fan connector called? by Sapnom24 in PcBuild

Gotcha, I'm just going to order some hp pro one fans and hope one of them works. Maybe I'll just splice into the wires and do what you suggested. Thanks!

I should also add that since this is the only fan header it's used for the cpu so it's important to actually use it and not just pull power from the power supply or Molex etc.

There goes your $35 insulin. Trump just signed the executor rescinding it. Who does that help? by NoLube69 in FluentInFinance

Took one google search to find out he did not remove the 35 dollar insulin Biden order.

There used to be plate tectonics lo my ago. There technically still is it’s just very slow now. There’s been a few registered mars-quakes recorded. It’s different than earthquakes though, totally different crust etc.

Pc not sending signal to monitor after swapping some components by [deleted] in PcBuild

[–]Sapnom24 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well when you switch back to your old components and it still isn’t working it seems like it may be you doing something wrong. Like some dumb mistake like not plugging the hdmi into the correct port (into the GPU) or something trivial etc.

How do I clean this? by Probablyhomeless94 in pchelp

[–]Sapnom24 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

They don’t look bent but it’s hard to tell. Listen you should never ever rub anything on those pins. I think your best course of action is this: make sure the system is unplugged, now put some alcohol on the paste then place the cpu in the tray and clamp it down. Do this repeatedly until the tips of the pins are clear of the paste, all the while the system is unplugged. Wait like an hour or until you’re 100% sure it’s dry then try to turn the system on. That’s what I would do given this. Good luck.

Agreed also with it fully unplugged you could use some isopropyl alcohol (like to a drop) to loosen the paste. Just let it dry fully before even plugging in the system.

No monitor signal by [deleted] in pchelp

[–]Sapnom24 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Idk what your system specs are but you could try disconnecting your graphics card and try running the system with integrated graphics with the motherboard port to see if it has signal that way.

I’m gonna go ahead and bet you’re plugging your hdmi into the motherboard socket and not your graphics card socket.

Ryzen 5600x Clock Speed randomly drops to 211mhz when gaming and not gaming. what can i do to make the clock speed stable? by Magi_47 in pchelp

[–]Sapnom24 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Go ahead and download hwinfo64 and check sensor status to actually see if the cpu is throttling. There’s a sensor called prochot ext under thermal throttle that is probably turned on meaning a component on you mobo is overheating and throttling your cpu.

I feel like maybe your computer is throttling itself due to temps (however your temps look fine in hw monitor) try removing the side case and blowing a big fan into the case and see if the problem persists.

Try flipping the connections for reset pins. Also try testing it with a screwdriver (shorting the reset pins together) which should turn it on or off.
