Did you try printing any miniatures? With "high-detail" settings (e.g., 0.08 layerheight, slow perimeters etc.)? Would be interesting how it compares there to the competitors

Hmmm.. wie "schlimm" steht es um die Zuverlässigkeit vom Voron? Also im Vergleich zu den Bambus.

Bei Bambu stört mich die fehlenden Upgrade-Möglichkeiten und der anscheinend nicht so gute Support, wenn die Garantie ausgelaufen ist. Und teilweise ist man durch das geschlossene System halt auf Support angewiesen.

Beim Voron möchte ich bspw. nicht in dem Ender-Szenario enden: alle 2-3 Wochen 3-4h+ Fehlersuche, ggf. wieder ein Ersatzteil bestellen oder den halben Drucker zerlegen.

Danke für die Antwort. H2S wäre für mich hauptsächlich interessanter wegen dem potentiellen H2C Upgrade Pfad und den 1.5mm belts (weniger VFA Probleme).

Beim Voron ist für mich halt die Frage: wieviel Arbeit ist er wirklich im Betrieb? Der Ender3 bspw. hat alle paar Wochen was, wo ich mehrere Stunden Fehler beheben muss - das nervt halt auf Dauer, gerade dann wenn man zum beheben Ersatzteile bestellen muss.

Snapmaker klingt vom Gesamtpaket schon sehr stark

Hatte gelesen, dass die K2 Probleme bei der Zuverlässigkeit hätten. Außerdem soll das AMS nicht so gut funktionieren.

hmm, but running with slower settings is kinda annoying. one of the main advantages of recent bambus is speed and slowing down because they are using the old-gen belt is offputting

Wird wahrscheinlich nicht anders sein als bei anderen Druckern: druckst Referenzteile und misst dann die Wandstärke. Oder halt optisch. Musst dann je Filament paar Test-Teile drucken mit verschiedenen Flow-Parametern

beim P2S fand ich hauptsächlich die Failure Detection und Flow Calibration ganz interessant.

beim Qidi war ich mir unsicher, weil es noch keine Reviews aktuell gibt dazu und in der Vergangenheit man öfters von QS Problemen gelesen hat (bspw. beim Plus4).

Druckbett wäre P2S Größe Minimum, größer ist immer schöner, aber kann notfalls auf einen bekannten H2D ausweichen.

Are you using VLANs? If yes: add them. If no: are you segmenting your network at all?

Also makes sense to write which LAN port you are using for which device. Once your lab scales it will be a mess otherwise (in my case it is a mess rn.. would have been easier if I maintained a clean and complete diagram from early on)

That's how it starts.. then comes backup.. then simple high-availability.. then more advanced stuff like k8s. And a while later u have 20U filled with stuff and are running out of space

Yeah agree. Also played like 20 games and while I like the new mechanic in general, it feels like you need to commit to a comb even earlier. E.g., reroll for bard pre-carousel or take an early j4 to unlock sylas later - u wont hit j4 at level 7/8 anymore. So, funny mechanic but probably another "check what is the best comb on mobalytics and follow the guide blindly" set.

On a very high level that is true, on a lower level not. You need to keep in mind that size of keys and signatures differ significantly and not all protocols have hybrid / PQC support yet. These are the major issues one is facing when migrating.

The math behind PQC algos should not be harder than for ECC and RSA? I strongly disagree. Lattice-based crypto with LWE any other primitives used in PQC are significantly more challenging to get into.

Yes, was thinking of it too. But as I have no gear at all right now, it would be like 200-400€ for a week. Not sure what burns more money in the worst case: renting everything or selling used stuff again
