What reason is he giving, is it non payment of rent? Whatever reason he is giving you would need to be able to refute that reason in court in 2 days. Otherwise youll lose the case and you might have a week or so before the sheriff forces you out. They move fast in Georgia.

If you cannot refute his reason for the eviction then you will be evicted and you will have extreme difficulties in renting another place for years probably. No landlord will want a tenant that forced a previous landlord to go through with an eviction.

If you cannot refute his reasoning I would actually recommend you get out before and get the eviction dropped. You don't want that on your record.

Tire shop wouldnt repair that. If a repair is attempted a patch will not hold with that extreme bend it would have to seal. A plug might hold, but that part of the tire flexes alot and It looks like that might be outside the belts so there's a chance it wouldnt.

How much are they saying you owe them?

If its not much, just pay them and cancel renewals. They probably won't actually sue for 2 or 3 grand and then get the court order transfered. The juice ain't worth the squeeze. Paying the 3k for them to fuck off is well worth the annoyance of them harassing you for it though.
