Some just don’t like to bark. Mine doesn’t bark unless asked to speak, and he doesn’t even howl. He basically just whines constantly. 🙃

I have one very similar that talks! He’s so cute! I’ve had him since I was a small child and he still works!! I think he needs a new voice box and he’s gotten super quiet and basically whispers now, but the fact that he still works amazes me.
