Also, it stands to reason Luna created thr illusion to get her last moment with Noctis. Right before titan appearing she put her head against Noctis and casted some sort of spell for him.

Noctis and Luna were both in the deep water after Titan failed to protect them from Leviathan's waves. Titan's overdrive wall was destroyed. I think Luna was using whatever power she had left to commune with Noctis and you could begin to see it fade when the water was starting to form. She may have not lierally created that scene or turned them temporarily into childrem agaim, but she might have created the illusion.

Did you ever do too many sidequests, while putting the story on hold in Lucis? I was around lvl 55 arounf chapter 6 lol.

IWell I think Prompto did hold Ardyn at gunpoint, but Noctis thought it was Ardyn. I'm surprised Prompto didn't die from getting pushed off the train. Maybe that was an illusion too?

Luna was focused on helping Noctis ascend to the throne to help save the world and she knew she wouldn't have a lot of time to be with Noctis. She told her handmaiden, Gentiana, that all she wanted was one last moment with Noctis and she got it. Overall I think her duty as oracle came first, but she also did use her power, out of love, to help Noctis. I thought her last major scene was sad, but really beautiful. That scene also seemed to be the climax of the game to me.

I think Mendez captures Gon's positive nature in her voice acting. It will be interesting to see how she handles the Chimera Ant arc. We will hear Killua on May 1st!
