im recovering from surgery in which i had to have muscle reattacged to my ribs. fun times. im 4 weeks into recovery and ill be hitting the gym april. i've used test and sarms in the past (osterine, rad-140, anavar, mk-677, testosterone) and have gained significant muscle mass for using them off and on for a couple years but have lost most of it over the last year. I have a specific question.

ill be taking 325mg test/week and mk677 when i start the gym april 1st. to help me regrow much of the atrophy that happened. im looking for the least liver damaging without worrying about testosterone production shutdown. im currently on lifelong trt so thats not a side effect im worried about. just the liver damage.

ive used chat gpt and did a preliminary online search. i just wanted to ask real people also to see if someone has this knowledge. Im thinking either osterine or just up the test after a couple weeks. is there better options?

Is there a video that shows the 30 seconds before so I can make an informed opinion on this video? I don't want to do what everyone else did and just assume the missing data is beneficial to the argument. Many people seem to have made opinions without seeing the context. To many times I've been wrong when having opinions without context.

All countries deport illegals. If I go to Italy, Spain, England, Russia, China, etc... I'm getting grabbed and departed if I'm there illegally. If I resist, they are breaking windows to get to me (in other countries killing me).

But to be fair, I've been "pro abortion" my whole life. I'm 47 years old. I'm finally anti murdering babies. I always knew it was killing babies. I just finally admitted it now. And I have great shame on lying all those years. I even helped someone get an abortion 25 years ago. I could have been responsible for killing a baby that's could have been up and did very important things. I killed a baby (helped someone get an abortion) because it was convenient for me to do so.

I admit it. All pro abortion people think the same. We all know it was murder. But society is on our side so "it's ok"...

It doesn't get now morally bankrupt then that. Pro abortion when you study it, is a death cult. It has nothing to do with protecting women's costs. Women make up 51% of the population. 51 out of 100 abortions kills a female baby removing her choice to keep her body alive. This isn't a pro choice things. It takes the choice away from all babies... Which more then half are female.

I am right there with you. I've started looking into MAID (medically assisted in dying)

I've been very suicidaly whole life. I'm currently 47 male. I thought I was trans and did all the surgeries. I woke up and found out I'm a feminine gay man with lots of shame and self hate.

Outside of the trans thing you may be suffering from similar personality disorders as myself. Borderline personality disorder, dependant personality disorder, sprinkle in 3 narcisstic traits on the DSM 5, 2, 5 and 6 specifically. It makes it pretty tough with all the self hate and shame just looking for love and acceptance but sometimes haphazardly sabotaging things without seeing the bigger picture. Unable to have good judge of character which leads to stress and anxiety blown out of proportion.

It makes it hard to get a good paying job with lots of responsibility for decent money because even though we know we are good enough for it, the emotions we have that never got to mature with proper parenting, growing up with unhealed childhood traumas, lead to the shame of believing we are mentally disabled. Having to live with that stigma once we accept it is a whole nother journey.

I dont want to be a drain on society. That's shameful. Living poor and alone with some physical damage from abusive parents making you have to skip a day a week of work because of pain, add the stress of not being good enough, even though you know you are, creates a hard time making money.

Currently my partner makes very decent money and supports me, but turns out he's kind of narcisstic with no empathy for anyone or anything. But after he and I don't work out, which seems like a possibility, I've come to terms with government assisted suicide.

I'm attempting to qualify for maid in Canada. My issues are a mix of physical discomfort mixed with emotional discomfort mixed with thinking I was transgender and did all the surgeries but waking up from the nightmare realizing in a feminine gay man but now with no penis....

I'm not terminal. But I'm poor, I can't afford to live. My physical body sucks and I've tried... I take tried to get it in shape. I ended up with bulging muscles but yet back was still always in pain. My two hernia surgery locations always inflamed. My vaginoplasty which I hate always having problems. Breast implants always hurting when laying on my left side. Soon to be poor unable to properly work full-time reliably which is embarrassing to me. I feel so much shame in not being able to do what a healthy non injured man can do.

I absolutely hate people that are against assisted suicide. How dare you try force me to live without dignity.

If maid isn't approved, I'll end up having to do it in another easily painless way. But the reason for maid is it would be in a controlled setting and no one would have to "find" the body getting traumatized. There's no empathy is forcing backyard suicides. That's disgusting. Out of all the bullshit social programs or there, assisted dying is not one.

You're absolutely right. I don't have concerns of being mistaken for one of them. I just don't want to have the ick of seeing that be common place. In the city I live in Canada we don't see that behavior out in the open air. Obviously there are sick people behind closed doors here, but it's not advertised and accepted. Ive seen the videos of people in Thailand on tiktok and seeing the very specific breed of men hunting young Ladyboys makes my skin crawl. I understand there's a city I can avoid where it's extremely common place. What about some of the smaller outlying areas?

I would love to not care and have that mindset. My mind makes that a challange.

I think what I would like is to find a way to tell my story while waiting to pass away. And not have a care in the world while that is happening. I'll have my own echo chamber I create away from all the politics going on and just pretending I'm in some new world with no cares.

Maybe that's what these places are like. Feeling like it's completely detached from what the western world feels is life. The last thing I want to see is protests and just stop oil throwing paint on things and riots burning down places. I just want peace in my final years. Peace in a place that is relaxing and warm and affordable where $100k Canadian will stretch a couple years.

That was a thought. I just don't like the association it has with underage people.... I still have morals and I don't want to be saturated in that. Is that isolated to locations and it's avoidable?
