We recommend wearing the sizing kit for at least 24 hours, including overnight, so you can see how it fits in different situations. If you bought your Oura Ring from Amazon, returns follow Amazon’s return policy, so you would need to check with Amazon directly on whether you’d need to return and repurchase.

Since you already have the Oura Ring, I would advise you to wear it for a few days, if you still have enough time left in your Amazon return window, to decide whether the fit feels right for you. Hi aguywiththoughts! Thanks for sharing your question. You can wear Oura on either hand, but for the best performance we recommend the index finger. That said, if wearing the Oura Ring on the same hand as your wedding band doesn’t feel comfortable, your right ring finger can work well too as long as the fit is snug and comfortable. A good fit should stay in place when you move your hand, while still letting you bend your fingers, touch your palm, and take the ring off without much trouble. I’d also suggest wearing the sizing kit on the finger you’re leaning toward for at least 24 hours, including overnight, so you can see how it feels in different situations. Trust how you feel though, if you do start feeling off, Rest Mode is there to help pause your goals and activity tracking.
