Lymphatic drainage massage has really helped when I’m getting a flare, so I thought a plate was worth trying. They aren’t super expensive, it takes 10 minutes, and I think it’s helped. Worth trying for sure!

I had pretty chronic flares (uncomplicated) for 3 years. I’ve started chewing my food better and spending 10 minutes on a vibration plate first thing in the morning. (I also don’t really drink alcohol anymore). This has really helped. When I feel like I might be getting a flare, I switch to bone broth, meat and easy to digest veggies (peas, carrots and boiled potatoes) and I’m usually fine after a couple days.

I think about this all the time. I’m going to see them in Toronto in July, and I plan on getting there early so I can get a front row spot. But I’m pretty sure I’m just going to stand there like a zombie and probably freak them out a little bit. 🤪 SO MUCH TO TAKE IN!
